Das ganze geht natürlich auch noch billiger, entsprechend sieht das aber auch aus

Take apart your ion
Using pliers take off the c-clip behind the swivel donut. It is held in place by the rear frame screw anyway so the donut is unneeded.

Bust out the dremel or hacksaw. If you don't have a dremel you will want to forward enough so you don't have to worry about the inner ledges on the shell. if you have a dremel cut it where you want.

This is how I cut mine.
Now there are three ledges inside the shell that will stop the chamber to come out the back of the shell. One is on top and the other two or on either side of the shell. Use a dremel to sand down these ridges. I use the little drum
ander bit. Once you get those flush with the shell then you can move on. If you don't have a dremel you will want to cut in front of those most of the way down the body and then cut towards the back. This way you don't have to worry about the ridges and just be sure to leave enough of the body inbetween the body and the trigger frame.

Use a bastard mill file to file and uneven spots out of the body. Just hold the file where it is and move the body back and forth while rotating it. Then use a hot water and a rag to get any plastic shavings out of the shell.

Put the body in backward to makes sure it fits. If it fits nice you can stop there. If not then you have to go back and sand and file some more.

Use a 3/8" drill bit and drill to "mill" out a recession that the banjo can fit in. It needs to be pretty deep and all the way from the back to where the board goes in. My frame only had about 3/16" aluminum left in the back. Just take a little at a time until the banjo only sticks up over the top of the frame about 1/8". You can leave it up a little because the plastic shell spaces it out some.

Using the same bit drill all the way through the frame near the back of the recession you just made. This is to allow access for an allen wrench to get to the banjo fitting.

Here it is when done.

And from a different angle.
Instructions for Disassembly
- De-gas your marker before doing anything.
- loosen the front trigger frame screw (just a turn or two)
- Remove the rear trigger frame screw
- Use your 1/8" allen wrench to unscrew
- Take a 15mm socket and ratchet (wrench also works) to unscrew the breech
- If you notice its hard to unscrew try to pry down the banjo with a small allen wrench.
- If that doesn't work then you have to mill out a little more of the frame.
- You will notice that the banjo may spring up and catch on something. You can stop this by tying a small string on the banjo and making a loop on the other end of the string then pull it through the hole so you can pull down on the banjo. Or you can just use a small allen wrench but its harder this way. The string doesn't have to come all the way through the hole just enough so you can get your allen wrench through the hole and pull down the banjo.
- After the breech is fully unscrewed pull out the breech.
- Your done.
Instructions for Assembly
- Take off the swivel donut
- Push in the breech while holding down the banjo
- Screw in the breech using the 15mm socket
- Push on the donut and make sure its lined up properly
- Here is the hard part. You have to use the allen wrench to align the banjo to the hole. You have to pull back on the bnnjo to get is straight up and down and then push it back to line up with the hole. Its not that hard but the first few times it will take about 30 seconds to get in.
- Now you can put in your rear trigger frame screw.
- Tighten both trigger frame screws
- Your done.
